UK

We offer free shipping on all pieces being delivered anywhere in the UK:

For pieces £50 and under we use Royal Mail Tracked 48

For pieces £51 and over we use Royal Mail Guaranteed next day before 1pm

Europe and the rest of the world

For pieces £250 and under we use Royal Mail tracked and signed (please note that full tracking is not available with this service in Australia and Canada) 

For pieces £300 and over we will use DHL or UPS Courier services and prices are quoted on each listing for each country

RETURNS

We offer a no quibble 14 day refund policy. We are happy to refund unsuitable items sent back within 14 days of you receiving the item (determined by tracking information).

A few things to note:

-If merely unsuitable or does not fit, the customer must pay for return postage costs 

-Please post recorded, trackable and insured, to avoid the costs you may incur for lost items

-If outside UK and EU, please write ‘RETURN TO SENDER’ clearly on package to avoid duties or taxes as they are the responsibility of the buyer

-Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with tags in tact otherwise we wont be able to issue a refund

-We will happily issue a refund (excluding the original shipping cost) using your original payment method once the piece has been received, examined and the original condition is confirmed
