Super cute vintage tiny heart necklace. Made in the UK in the 1980s from 18 Carat gold plated metal. Features a long 16.5" delicate chain with a tiny little heart pendant.
This necklace is a deadstock item, made in the 1980s but remained packaged up and unworn. This necklace is in mint, unworn condition.
