Timelessly elegant collar necklace from the House of Lanvin. Made in Germany in the 1980s, the incredible necklace is crafted from silver plated metal.
The story of Lanvin began in 1889, at a small hat shop in the heart of Paris opened by Jeanne Lanvin. She became one of the most influential designers of the 1920s and 30s, surrounding herself with artists and rising stars of the time.
In the 60s and 70s Lanvin made its mark on fashion with ‘The Look’ which defined an era of modernist jewellery inspired by the geometric forms of the 1920s and 30s and the space age ethos of the time. Lanvin’s modernist Jeanne Lanvin’s legacy lives on today in the art, elegance and refinement of contemporary Lanvin.
